Club Goals
The crew supports the school musical. It is composed of three crews; the lighting technology crew, the sound technology crew, and the stage crew.
- The Lighting Technology Crew is responsible for lighting the stage through both our lighting board and spotlights.
- The Sound Technology Crew is responsible for the tracks for the musical as well as operating our sound board, which makes it possible for the audience to hear the actors.
- The Stage Crew is responsible for moving set pieces and props on the stage and is an integral part of the production and ensuring a smooth transition from one scene to the next.

Club Activities
Stage, Lighting, and Sound Crew is an exciting opportunity to participate in the yearly school musical from behind the scenes.
This club will meet mainly in the two weeks leading up to the school musical, once the show is in its final stages. Students in the crew will integrate into the musical process seamlessly and elevate the musical into its final staging.
The lighting technology crew is responsible for controlling the overhead lights as well as the spotlights for the performance. The sound technology crew controls the soundtrack audio and the cast microphones for the performance. The stage crew is responsible for scenery changes, curtain cues, and prop distribution.
* Students in any of these crews are also welcome to participate in scenery painting and set construction. Information about this will be discussed at the informational meeting for the school musical.
