Every student has a different schedule. As a result, I will email you with your child's schedule and tape it to your child's classroom desk so he/she and his/her teacher are also reminded of our meeting days and times. For the younger grades, I pick the students up at the scheduled time. For the older students, I call the classroom teacher for the students to come meet with me. There may be days when I am required to attend a meeting that interferes with your child's intervention time. If that happens, your child will likely come home with their reading folder that has:
*The same book to reread again and write a new response
or
*A new homework sheet with a practice passage
This will continue to give your child practice, even in my absence.
